When accessing our Inscriptagraphs.com website from anywhere on the World Wide Web or working with Inscriptagraphs in person via retail or pop up event, you agree to all the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please kindly exit off Inscriptagraphs.com immediately.
Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit Policy
All return requests must be initiated and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Buyer is solely responsible for all packaging, postage, and shipping costs associated with returning an item. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and unaltered condition. There are no refunds on deposits.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Inscriptagraphs. Upon receipt of a returned item, Inscriptagraphs will inspect the item and all accompanying materials to verify condition and completeness. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the date of receipt for inspection and processing. Customers will be notified by email once the return review has been completed.
Inscriptagraphs does not issue cash refunds or refunds to the original method of payment under any circumstances. Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Any store credit issued, if approved, will be limited to the original purchase price of the item and will be issued within seven (7) business days following completion of the return inspection.
Acceptance of any return is determined solely at the discretion of Inscriptagraphs management. Returned items must be received in the exact same condition as originally shipped, with no signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or tampering. All original contents, including certificates of authenticity, documentation, packaging, inserts, and accessories, must be included and returned in their original, unaltered condition.
If a returned item does not meet Inscriptagraphs’ return requirements, the return will be rejected. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Inscriptagraphs reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs associated with inspection, repackaging, handling, and outbound shipping from any store credit consideration, if applicable.
Submission of a return request does not guarantee acceptance. Items returned without authorization, returned outside approved return parameters, or returned in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for exchange or store credit and will be returned to the customer accordingly.
Performance & Roster Changes
All sales are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit due to buyer’s remorse or any change in a player’s performance, career status, negative public perception or team affiliation, including but not limited to playoff outcomes, trades, injuries, suspensions, retirements, or team changes. Player and team performance is inherently unpredictable and is a risk expressly assumed by the buyer at the time of purchase. This policy applies beginning ten (10) days prior to any monumental, incidental, widely anticipated career event or negative performance.
Exceptions, Non-Returnable Items, and Additional Fees
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances: autographs, collectibles, frames, or memorabilia that have been altered, damaged, modified, tampered with, or compromised in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, changes affecting the item itself, its authentication, original packaging, frame closures, seals, or display components. Items not returned in their original condition, original packaging, or original frame configuration as shipped by Inscriptagraphs are not eligible for return consideration.
In the rare event an item is received with verified damage or defect upon delivery, customers must contact Inscriptagraphs promptly using the contact information provided on the website to request return authorization. All claims for damage or defect are subject to inspection and approval by Inscriptagraphs, and submission of a claim does not guarantee acceptance.
A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) will be applied to all approved returns, exchanges, or store credit transactions, unless otherwise stated in writing by Inscriptagraphs. Items must be returned in the exact manner in which they were originally shipped, including packaging method, frame closures, seals, protective materials, and internal contents. Any deviation in item condition, packaging, frame configuration, or evidence of handling, alteration, or damage may, at Inscriptagraphs’ sole discretion, void eligibility for exchange or store credit.
If a customer requests a change of shipping address after an order has been placed, Inscriptagraphs reserves the right to assess a change-of-address fee. Inscriptagraphs is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout and will not reimburse, replace, refund, or file insurance claims for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
When buying an item in person, it is a customer’s responsibility to evaluate it condition. Thoroughly to ensure the item meets the customers expectations. We will not Do an exchange or store credit in the event the condition of the item is not up to the Customer standards after the sale has transacted
More information about our return policies can be found in our Return Policy section found in the footer of our website or can be found here.
TAXES & DUTIES
All import duties, customs fees, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed by a destination country or carrier are the sole responsibility of the customer. Inscriptagraphs does not collect, control, or pay any such fees and is not responsible for estimating or advising on customs charges prior to delivery.
If a shipment is refused, delayed, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to these terms prior to shipment.
In the event a refused or returned shipment is received back by Inscriptagraphs, any store credit issued, at Inscriptagraphs’ sole discretion, will be limited to the original purchase price of the item only and will not include shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, or any other third-party fees.
All original outbound shipping costs, including postage, packaging materials, insurance, handling, and labor, are non-refundable. If a shipment is returned or refused, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and such costs may be deducted from any store credit issued.
Orders refused or returned due to customs or import fees are not considered defective, damaged, or misrepresented merchandise and are not grounds for chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals. Any chargeback initiated under these circumstances will be contested using proof of delivery attempts, carrier documentation, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at checkout.
DEPOSITS; FAILURE TO COMPLETE PURCHASE
(a) Binding reservation. Any deposit, down payment, partial payment, hold payment, or similar amount paid to Inscriptagraphs (a “Deposit”) is a partial payment toward a specific item, special order, custom order, framing job, sourced item, or reserved merchandise. Payment of a Deposit constitutes Buyer’s agreement to purchase the item(s) on the terms stated in the applicable invoice, receipt, checkout page, or confirmation, and constitutes Buyer’s acceptance of this Section.
(b) Non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. Except as provided in subsection (e), Inscriptagraphs will not return a Deposit to the original credit card, debit card, bank account, cash, or any other payment method if Buyer cancels, changes Buyer’s mind, fails to pay the remaining balance when due, fails to take delivery or pick up the item(s) when ready, or otherwise fails to complete the purchase.
(c) Liquidated damages. Items offered by Inscriptagraphs are frequently unique, limited, authenticated, market-sensitive, custom, or removed from public sale for Buyer. Upon receipt of a Deposit, Inscriptagraphs may reserve or pull the item, decline other purchasers, and incur authentication, framing, shipping, insurance, sourcing, and holding costs, and assumes market risk while the item is off sale. The parties agree that the Deposit is liquidated damages—a reasonable pre-estimate of Inscriptagraphs’ anticipated loss if Buyer defaults—and is not a penalty.
(d) Balance due; default. The unpaid balance is due by the date stated on the invoice, receipt, or confirmation (or, if no date is stated, within fourteen (14) days after Inscriptagraphs notifies Buyer that the item is ready or that the balance is due). If Buyer does not pay the balance in full by that deadline, Buyer is in default. Inscriptagraphs may immediately cancel the reservation, return the item to inventory, and sell it to another purchaser, without further notice. Upon default, the Deposit is forfeited in full.
(e) Refund only if we cannot perform. Inscriptagraphs will refund a Deposit to the original payment method only if Inscriptagraphs cannot obtain, authenticate, or deliver the specific item and does not offer a substitute that Buyer accepts, or if Inscriptagraphs cancels the transaction for its own reasons before Buyer is in default. Delay by a third-party authenticator, shipper, framer, or source is not a basis for refund if Inscriptagraphs remains ready and able to complete the sale.
(f) Store credit is discretionary. Buyer has no right to store credit, exchange, or any substitute value for a forfeited Deposit. Inscriptagraphs may, in its sole discretion, convert some or all of a forfeited Deposit to non-transferable store credit with no cash value, usable only with Inscriptagraphs, expiring twelve (12) months from issuance unless a shorter period is stated. Any such credit is immediately void if Buyer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of the Deposit.
(g) Chargebacks. Buyer agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of a Deposit after accepting these terms, except for unauthorized use of Buyer’s payment method. Buyer authorizes Inscriptagraphs to submit this Section, Buyer’s checkout or in-store acceptance, invoices, receipts, emails, and reservation records to the card network, acquirer, or issuer in response to any dispute. If Buyer files a chargeback or dispute, Inscriptagraphs may pursue the unpaid balance, chargeback fees, and collection costs, and any store credit is void.
(h) Special, custom, framed, and sourced orders. Deposits on special orders, custom work, framing, sourced memorabilia, and one-of-a-kind items are non-refundable once work, ordering, or sourcing has begun.

Any names, trademarks, logos, company names, team names, player names, vehicle brands, state references, or other identifying marks are used solely for descriptive, historical, and informational purposes to accurately identify the subject matter of the products offered.
Live Events, Appearances, Cancellations, Travel Risk, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution
From time to time, athletes, celebrities, or other guests scheduled to participate in autograph signings or live events hosted or promoted by Inscriptagraphs may be required to cancel, delay, substitute, or reschedule appearances due to circumstances beyond the company’s control. Event dates, times, locations, formats, and scheduled participants are subject to change or cancellation at any time, with or without advance notice.
By completing a purchase, registering for, or attending any event, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that no appearance by any specific athlete, celebrity, or guest is guaranteed, whether expressly stated or implied. Attendance at any event is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Customers assume all risks and responsibilities associated with travel to and from any event, including but not limited to airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, lost wages, cancellation fees, rescheduling costs, and any other incidental or third-party expenses, regardless of the customer’s place of residence or distance traveled. Inscriptagraphs does not reimburse or compensate any such expenses under any circumstances.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to remain informed of event updates, schedule changes, delays, substitutions, or cancellations once such information is released by Inscriptagraphs through official communication channels, including but not limited to the company website, official social media accounts, email communications, or press releases.
Refunds for live public autograph signings will be issued only in the event that an event is fully canceled or rescheduled with a delay exceeding two (2) hours beyond the originally advertised start time. No refunds will be issued for minor delays, guest substitutions, partial appearances, schedule adjustments, or changes in event format.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inscriptagraphs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to any event, including but not limited to travel costs, lodging expenses, lost wages, missed flights, emotional distress, inconvenience, or loss of enjoyment, even if Inscriptagraphs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the event of a qualifying cancellation or delay as outlined herein, the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to a refund of the amount paid directly to Inscriptagraphs for the autograph signing or event admission, if applicable. No other compensation, reimbursement, damages, or remedies of any kind shall be available.
Event schedule changes, guest substitutions, delays, or cancellations do not constitute non-delivery, misrepresentation, defective services, or breach of contract and are not valid grounds for chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals. Any chargeback initiated under these circumstances will be contested using documentation of event disclosures, published policies, and the customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at checkout.
Inscriptagraphs is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or appearance changes resulting from illness, injury, travel disruptions, weather events, venue restrictions, league policies, governmental actions, acts of God, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
Inscriptagraphs may sell or distribute tickets to events through third-party ticketing platforms, including but not limited to Eventbrite or similar services. Regardless of the platform through which a ticket is purchased, all event attendees remain subject to Inscriptagraphs’ Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to event policies, refund and cancellation terms, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions. Purchase of a ticket through any third-party platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any live event or in-person transaction with Inscriptagraphs shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Customers knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a jury trial.
Any claim or action arising out of or relating to any event, appearance, or transaction must be brought within ninety days of the date of the event or transaction, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties expressly consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
Customers agree that any claim against Inscriptagraphs must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
If any provision of this section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The provisions of this section shall survive the completion, cancellation, or termination of any event. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in dismissal of the claim.
Made-to-Order Framed Items, Production Lead Times, and Delivery Expectations
Most framed items sold by Inscriptagraphs require additional production, preparation, or assembly time prior to shipment. Depending on the specific item ordered, this may include custom framing, matting, mounting, display preparation, quality control, and final packaging. As a result, framed orders may require additional fulfillment time beyond standard shipping timelines.
Customers acknowledge and agree that framed items may require extended production lead times. While Inscriptagraphs strives to complete and ship framed items as efficiently as possible, fulfillment may take up to eight (8) weeks from the date an order is placed. This timeframe is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
By completing a purchase, customers expressly acknowledge and accept the potential lead time required for production and fulfillment of framed items. Delays related to framing, assembly, preparation, material availability, quality control, or production scheduling do not constitute non-delivery, misrepresentation, defective goods, or breach of contract and are not valid grounds for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
Orders for framed items may not be canceled, modified, or refunded once production or assembly has commenced. Inscriptagraphs’ obligation is fulfilled upon completion and shipment of the order within a reasonable production period consistent with these Terms and Conditions.
Inscriptagraphs may provide order updates when appropriate; however, the absence of interim updates does not indicate delay, non-performance, or failure to fulfill an order.
Use of Stock Images & Product Variations
Inscriptagraphs may use stock images, representative images, or sample images on its website to illustrate the general appearance, format, or style of certain products. Such images are provided for reference purposes only. Actual items received may vary, including but not limited to autograph placement, autograph size or quality, inscription wording, inscription placement, game-used material size, color variations, authentication hologram placement, serial and limited edition numbering, or other physical characteristics.
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree that variations between stock images and the actual item received are normal and expected in the memorabilia and collectibles industry. These variations do not constitute defects, misrepresentation, or non-conforming goods.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions applies to all purchases, regardless of whether a specific product description explicitly references the use of stock or representative images. This policy governs all transactions sitewide and is incorporated into every sale.
Inscriptagraphs does not issue refunds, exchanges, or store credit based on claims relating to the use of stock images or representative images, or based on aesthetic differences between the image displayed and the item received. Such claims are not valid grounds for chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals.
Customers expressly agree not to initiate or pursue disputes with their payment issuer, financial institution, or credit card company based solely on the use of stock images or expected product variations as described herein. Any dispute initiated under these circumstances will be contested using product records, industry standards, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at checkout.
Presale and Preorder Items; Fulfillment Timing; No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Certain items offered by Inscriptagraphs may be sold on a presale or preorder basis. Presale and preorder items are not in-stock at the time of purchase and require future production, acquisition, signing, framing, authentication, or other preparatory processes prior to fulfillment.
By placing a presale or preorder, customers expressly acknowledge and agree that fulfillment timelines are estimates only and are subject to change. Any stated release dates, estimated ship dates, or production timelines are non-binding estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customers further acknowledge that presale and preorder items involve factors beyond Inscriptagraphs’ control, including but not limited to production schedules, athlete or celebrity availability, signing logistics, manufacturing delays, material availability, shipping disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delays associated with these factors do not constitute non-delivery, misrepresentation, defective goods, or breach of contract.
Presale and preorder purchases represent an agreement to receive the item once it becomes available. Such purchases may not be canceled, refunded, or disputed once processing or production has commenced, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Inscriptagraphs. Inscriptagraphs’ obligation is fulfilled upon shipment of the item within a reasonable time consistent with the disclosed presale or preorder nature of the transaction.
Customers agree that delays inherent to presale or preorder transactions are not valid grounds for chargebacks, payment disputes, or legal claims. Any dispute initiated based on fulfillment timing, estimated dates, or preorder status will be contested using order records, disclosures, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at checkout.
In the event a presale or preorder item cannot be fulfilled, Inscriptagraphs’ sole obligation shall be, at its discretion, to issue a refund of the amount actually paid for the item or to provide a comparable alternative. In no event shall Inscriptagraphs be liable for consequential damages, lost value, market fluctuations, or speculative appreciation.
Memorabilia Use Disclaimer; No Sporting Use; Assumption of Risk
All items sold by Inscriptagraphs are sold strictly as memorabilia, collectibles, and display-only items. Items offered for sale are not manufactured, modified, inspected, certified, or sold for use as protective gear, athletic equipment, or functional sporting equipment, and are not intended for participation in any sport, practice, training, recreational activity, or physical competition of any kind.
This includes, but is not limited to, helmets, bats, balls, pucks, jerseys, shoes, cleats, skates, gloves, pads, sticks, nets, or any other item that may resemble or replicate sporting equipment. Regardless of whether an item appears new, unused, replica, or full-size, no item sold by Inscriptagraphs is safe for athletic use.
WARNING! ⚠️ Some items sold by Inscriptagraphs may have been previously used by professional athletes during live competition. Such items are sold solely as historical artifacts and are no longer suitable, certified, or intended for physical use. Inscriptagraphs makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, durability, performance, or fitness of any item for athletic or physical use and should not be used in any way, shape or form as equipment for any sort of athletic activity, sport or personal use by our customers. When purchasing these used equipment items, you are hereby warned in advance in perpetuity to never use the equipment or objects for anything other than for display purposes only.
WARNING! ⚠️ Any use of an item sold by Inscriptagraphs for sporting, recreational, or physical activity is done entirely at the customer’s own risk. By purchasing any item, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Inscriptagraphs shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or harm resulting from misuse of any item, including use by the customer, third parties, or minors.
WARNING! ⚠️ Items sold by Inscriptagraphs are not toys, are not protective equipment, and are not intended for children. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that items are displayed, stored, and handled safely and are not used in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose as display collectibles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inscriptagraphs disclaims any and all liability arising from the improper use, handling, alteration, or misuse of any item sold, including but not limited to claims of negligence, product liability, failure to warn, breach of warranty, or foreseeable misuse. Purchase and possession of any item constitutes acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment that all items are purchased as-is for display purposes only.
Late Package and Carrier Delay Policy
Inscriptagraphs ships orders using third-party carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL, and UPS. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Inscriptagraphs does not control carrier operations, transit times, logistics systems, weather conditions, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other factors that may result in shipping delays.
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree that delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, governmental agencies, weather events, or other circumstances beyond Inscriptagraphs’ control do not constitute non-delivery, misrepresentation, defective goods, or breach of contract. Late delivery is not grounds for refunds, shipping credits, partial refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
Inscriptagraphs does not issue refunds, credits, or reimbursements for shipping charges due to carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, or failure to meet advertised transit timelines provided by carriers. All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
While Inscriptagraphs may, at its discretion, assist customers in communicating with carriers to help locate or expedite delayed shipments, such assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability or guarantee of resolution.
Inscriptagraphs’ shipping obligation for an order is complete when (a) the package has been tendered to the designated carrier and (b) a valid tracking number has been issued to the email or account associated with the order. Unless we expressly agree in writing to a destination contract or signature-required delivery, all shipments are shipment contracts. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer at that tender.
Delivered packages; theft; unsecured locations
A carrier scan or status of “Delivered,” “Left at,” “Available for pickup,” or equivalent is conclusive evidence of delivery for purposes of our obligations. Inscriptagraphs is not responsible for, and will not refund, replace, credit, or file claims for, any item that tracking shows as delivered and that is thereafter lost, stolen, damaged, or taken from:
• a porch, stoop, driveway, garage, hallway, lobby, or other exterior or common area;
• an unsecured mailbox, parcel locker, apartment mailroom, leasing office, reception desk, or package-acceptance location;
• a holding area, neighbor, building staff, or third party not under the buyer’s exclusive control; or
• any other place where a thief, porch pirate, or other unauthorized person can obtain the package.
The buyer is solely responsible for providing a secure delivery address, monitoring tracking, arranging hold-for-pickup or signature-required service when available, and retrieving the package promptly. Failure to do so does not revive any obligation on Inscriptagraphs.
Unauthorized opening or receipt
Delivery to the address provided at checkout is delivery to the buyer. Inscriptagraphs is not liable if a package is opened, accepted, retained, or discarded by a family member, roommate, friend, neighbor, building employee, or any other person at that address—whether or not the buyer authorized that person. Any dispute over who opened or kept the shipment is solely between the buyer and that person. Opening or taking mail or parcels intended for another person may also violate federal and state law; that is not Inscriptagraphs’ responsibility.
Buyer’s remedies after delivery
If a delivered package is missing or stolen, the buyer—not Inscriptagraphs—must contact the carrier, file any carrier claim, and file a police report if theft is suspected. Inscriptagraphs may, in its sole discretion, provide tracking data or a copy of a shipping label to assist the buyer. We have no duty to reship, refund, or insure against post-delivery theft.
Address accuracy
The buyer is solely responsible for a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for misdelivery, delay, or loss caused by an address the buyer supplied.
Carrier delays, including but not limited to peak shipping periods, service disruptions, logistical backlogs, or customs delays, do not entitle customers to compensation, refunds, or chargebacks. Any payment dispute initiated solely due to a shipping delay will be contested using carrier records, tracking data, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Mail Order for Private Signings:
Customers submitting personal items to Inscriptagraphs for autograph signings or custom inscription services do so at their own risk. Customers are solely responsible for properly packaging and fully insuring all items shipped to Inscriptagraphs for their full declared value. Inscriptagraphs is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during inbound shipment to the company.
All inbound shipments must require carrier delivery confirmation and be signed for by an authorized Inscriptagraphs representative in order for Inscriptagraphs to assume any responsibility for the item while in its possession. Items delivered without delivery confirmation or signature may be refused or accepted without assumption of liability.
Inscriptagraphs reserves up to ninety (90) days from receipt of a customer-submitted item to notify the customer of any discrepancies, damage, or issues relating to the item or its packaging. Failure to receive notification within this period constitutes acceptance of the item’s condition.
While in Inscriptagraphs’ possession, liability for any item submitted for signing is strictly limited. In no event shall Inscriptagraphs’ responsibility for loss, damage, repair, or remediation exceed one hundred dollars ($100) per item, regardless of the item’s market value, sentimental value, or insured value. This limitation applies to all circumstances, including storage, transport between facilities, off-site autograph signings, and return preparation.
Inscriptagraphs is not responsible for damage resulting from improper or insufficient packaging supplied by the customer. Customers are required to package items using rigid cardboard protection and multiple layers of high-grade bubble wrap, along with protective plastic or moisture barriers, sufficient to prevent movement, bending, impact, or exposure. Items not packaged to these standards are accepted at the customer’s sole risk.
Unless explicitly specified by the customer in writing at the time of submission, Inscriptagraphs reserves the right to select the pen brand, ink type, ink color, and tip style used for autographing or inscriptions. Pen performance may vary, and inks may occasionally bleed, streak, pool, fade, or otherwise affect the appearance of a signature. By submitting an item for signing, the customer acknowledges and accepts these inherent risks.
Inscriptagraphs provides an autograph service only and does not guarantee aesthetic outcome, signature placement, ink behavior, or perceived quality beyond reasonable professional effort. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued based on pen selection, ink behavior, or signature appearance.
In the event of a major signing flaw directly attributable to the autograph execution, Inscriptagraphs’ maximum compensation shall be limited to no more than twenty five percent (25%) of the amount actually paid by the customer for the autograph or inscription service itself. Inscriptagraphs shall not be responsible for the underlying value of the item, any increase in value, any prior or subsequent signatures, or any speculative or market-based valuation of the item.
Inscriptagraphs is not responsible for the full replacement value of any customer-submitted item. The company provides a signing service only and assumes no responsibility for the overall value, appreciation, or resale potential of any item before or after signing.
Submission of any item for autograph services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, acknowledgment of the inherent risks involved in custom autograph services, and agreement to the limitations of liability set forth herein.
Order Acceptance, Pricing Errors, Market Changes, and Right to Cancel
Inscriptagraphs reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit any order at any time and for any reason, including after an order has been submitted or payment authorization has been received. Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Inscriptagraphs, and no contract is formed until the order has been reviewed, approved, and shipped by Inscriptagraphs.
Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Inscriptagraphs is not obligated to honor pricing errors, typographical errors, system errors, or inaccuracies in product or pricing information, regardless of how such errors occurred. Inscriptagraphs reserves the right to cancel any order affected by such errors and issue a refund of amounts actually paid.
Inscriptagraphs further reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to inventory limitations, allocation restrictions, suspected fraud, payment issues.
-No Bots / Automated Purchasing
You agree not to use any automated tools—including bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, auto-refreshers, headless browsers, or services designed to bypass queues, CAPTCHAs, or purchase limits—to access, monitor, or buy from our Site. Any attempt to circumvent our security or traffic-management measures is strictly prohibited.
We may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, refuse, limit, or cancel any order we believe (in our reasonable discretion) involves automated activity, bulk/resale intent, suspicious signals, or abuse of our policies. This may include limiting quantities per person, account, payment method, or address; blocking or throttling traffic; and canceling duplicate or linked orders. If we cancel, we’ll refund any payment captured for the affected items back to the original payment method.
For clarity, assistive technologies that improve accessibility (e.g., screen readers) are permitted. We also reserve the right to request additional verification (e.g., identity, address, or payment confirmation) before fulfilling an order. These rules apply in addition to any other terms on this Site.
Quantity Limits, Bulk Purchases, and Dealer Sales
Inscriptagraphs reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to limit or restrict the quantity of items that may be purchased per person, per household, per order, or per transaction. These limits may be applied based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the use of the same customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, IP address, device, or other identifying characteristics.
Inscriptagraphs further reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or modify any order that appears to circumvent quantity limits, is placed for bulk purchasing purposes, or is reasonably suspected to be intended for resale, redistribution, or dealer activity. Such determinations may be made before or after an order is placed, authorized, or processed.
Sales through Inscriptagraphs are intended for individual collectors and end consumers only. Inscriptagraphs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit or restrict sales to dealers, resellers, wholesalers, or any party purchasing items for commercial resale purposes, regardless of whether such intent is expressly stated.
If an order is canceled or modified pursuant to this policy, Inscriptagraphs’ sole obligation shall be to refund the amount actually paid for the canceled portion of the order, if applicable. Order cancellations or quantity adjustments made under this section do not constitute non-delivery, misrepresentation, or breach of contract and are not valid grounds for chargebacks, payment disputes, or legal claims.
Imperfect Items; Final Sale
Items designated, described, or labeled as “Imperfect” are sold in their existing condition, as-is, and with all faults. Any imperfections, wear, cosmetic defects, or irregularities—whether described, visible, or inherent—are considered part of the item’s condition at the time of sale.
By purchasing an Imperfect item, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts its condition and agrees that such items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. All sales of Imperfect items are final.
Imperfect items do not constitute defective or misrepresented merchandise and are not valid grounds for chargebacks, payment disputes, or legal claims.
Autograph Preservation, Display Conditions, and Condition Changes Over Time
Autographed items are inherently subject to natural aging and environmental factors. In rare instances, autographs may fade, discolor, or otherwise change in appearance over time due to exposure to light, heat, humidity, airborne contaminants, improper storage, handling, or other conditions beyond Inscriptagraphs’ control. Such changes may occur gradually or unexpectedly and may occur even when reasonable care is exercised.
All items sold by Inscriptagraphs are sold in their present condition at the time of delivery. Inscriptagraphs does not control, monitor, or guarantee the environmental conditions under which items are stored, displayed, or handled after delivery, including but not limited to exposure to sunlight, artificial lighting, temperature fluctuations, humidity levels, or storage materials. Responsibility for proper storage, display, and preservation of all items rests solely with the customer.
Inscriptagraphs recommends, but does not guarantee, that customers utilize museum-quality, UV-protective display materials, including UV-protective glass or acrylic, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or continuous artificial lighting. Any recommendations provided are advisory only and do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or assurance of preservation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, framed items sold by Inscriptagraphs do not include UV-protective glass. Customers who elect not to replace non-UV glass with UV-protective materials do so at their own risk. Inscriptagraphs shall not be liable for any fading, discoloration, deterioration, or condition changes resulting from display choices, storage conditions, or failure to utilize UV-protective materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Inscriptagraphs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the long-term appearance, preservation, or durability of autographs, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All items are sold as-is, with all faults, and with no guarantee against natural aging or environmental effects.
Claims relating to fading, discoloration, or condition changes must be reported within ninety (90) days of delivery. After this period, all items shall be deemed accepted in full, and no claims, refunds, replacements, or credits shall be issued for any condition changes. In no event shall Inscriptagraphs be responsible for condition changes reported more than two (2) years after the original purchase date, regardless of the source of purchase.
Inscriptagraphs shall not be liable for any condition changes arising from storage, display, handling, or environmental conditions beyond its control, nor for items purchased through third parties. Condition changes over time do not constitute defects, misrepresentation, or non-conforming goods and are not valid grounds for chargebacks, disputes, or legal claims.
Color Accuracy and Display Variations
Inscriptagraphs makes every reasonable effort to display product colors as accurately as possible on the Site. However, actual colors may vary due to differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, device type, lighting conditions, and display technology. As a result, Inscriptagraphs cannot guarantee that the color displayed on a customer’s device will precisely match the color of the actual product.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that minor variations in color do not constitute defects, misrepresentation, or non-conforming goods and are not valid grounds for returns, refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
Shipping, Delivery Confirmation, Fraud Prevention, and Payment Disputes
Inscriptagraphs reserves the right to implement fraud-prevention, risk-assessment, and identity-verification measures on any order, including but not limited to address verification, payment verification, identity confirmation, signature confirmation upon delivery, carrier selection, delivery method selection, or additional documentation requests. Orders may be delayed, suspended, or canceled at Inscriptagraphs’ sole discretion if verification requirements are not satisfied.
All shipments are considered complete, fulfilled, and delivered upon carrier confirmation of delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Carrier tracking records, delivery confirmations, delivery scans, signature confirmations (where applicable), photographic evidence, GPS delivery data, carrier logs, or time-stamped delivery records shall constitute conclusive proof of delivery. A delivery signature is not required to establish successful delivery unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Inscriptagraphs.
Inscriptagraphs is not responsible for theft, loss, misdelivery, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery. Claims of non-receipt, missing packages, or stolen items after confirmed delivery do not constitute non-delivery, misrepresentation, or defective goods and are not valid grounds for refunds, replacements, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and secure. Inscriptagraphs will not reimburse, replace, refund, or file insurance claims for orders delivered to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure address provided by the customer.
In the event a customer asserts non-receipt, fraud, or unauthorized use after confirmed delivery, Inscriptagraphs reserves the right to require reasonable supporting documentation from the customer prior to further review. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to, a written statement of non-receipt, confirmation from the carrier, a police report, an affidavit, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Orders flagged for suspected fraud, abnormal purchasing behavior, payment inconsistencies, delivery-risk indicators, or chargeback risk may be canceled, limited, or refused at Inscriptagraphs’ sole discretion, even after payment authorization. In such cases, Inscriptagraphs may refund the amount actually paid and decline future transactions.
Any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal initiated without first contacting Inscriptagraphs to attempt resolution may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, loss of store credit eligibility, and permanent restriction from future purchases. Inscriptagraphs reserves the right to contest any chargeback using transaction records, carrier documentation, delivery confirmation, fraud-prevention data, customer communications, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Claims of unauthorized transactions, friendly fraud, buyer’s remorse, or post-delivery disputes do not constitute valid grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their payment credentials, account access, and delivery location.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inscriptagraphs’ liability for any order shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the item, excluding shipping costs, fees, taxes, insurance, or third-party charges.
Inscriptagraphs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, modify, or cancel any order at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the website, suspected fraud, payment irregularities, chargeback risk, or any other activity deemed inconsistent with Inscriptagraphs’ policies. In the event an order is canceled, Inscriptagraphs’ sole and exclusive obligation shall be to refund the amount actually paid for the canceled item(s), if applicable. Such cancellations do not constitute non-delivery, misrepresentation, or breach of contract and are not valid grounds for chargebacks, payment disputes, or legal claims.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all webpages, transactions, content, and services connected to or operating under the Inscriptagraphs.com domain, including any subdomains, affiliated pages, checkout portals, embedded applications, or third-party platforms through which Inscriptagraphs products or services are offered.
