How do I know your items are authentic?

I attended one of your autograph signings and need help to try to locate my certificate of authenticity.

No Problem! Check out our Authenticity Verification section on our page where you will input the Hologram Number that you received on your item. Once you input the number, up will pop your Certificate of Authenticity for life. You can print it out 24/7/365 ANYWHERE IN THE MILKY WAY!

Will you guys authenticate or appraise my items?

Inscriptagraphs™ now offers appraisal services to the public. You can check out our Appraisal section on our website here. As far as authentication goes, we do not authenticate any items outside of items that are conducted at our autograph signings. We recommend using our authentication partner James Spence Authentication for all of your authenticity needs.

Do you guys buy autographs?

Yes! Depending on the item is, we may potentially be interested. You can check out our purchasing section on our website here for more information!

Are there any other items that are not listed on your website?

Yes! We have a wide variety of items available in our inventory that we do not list on this website. Give us a call at 1-844-4SIGNED or email us at info@inscriptagraphs.com so we can let you know if we have an item that you are looking for!

There is an item I want on your website, but can't afford it at this time. Do you finance purchases?

I no longer see an item I was interested in. Would you still have it?

Due to the uniqueness of many of our items, many things are not replaceable. Many of our items are one of a kinds and their prices reflect that. If you no longer see an item listed on our website that you are interested in, give us a call at 1-844-4SIGNED or email us at info@inscriptagraphs.com and we can see what we can do to help you. Remember, just because it is no longer listed on this website does not necessarily mean it has sold.

Does Inscriptagraphs work with charities or companies on fundraising opportunities?

I like the way you guys frame your items. Do you accept outside items for custom framing?

Yes. We do custom framing for all types of items from jerseys to photos, boxing gloves and basketballs, baseballs and hockey sticks and even guitars and shoes. Let us know what you have that you are looking to frame and you can customize it any way you want. Check out Custom Framing section for more info.

Do you offer discounts for Military, Teachers, First Responders & Healthcare Workers? 

Yes in fact we do! Thank you for all that you do! We at Inscriptagraphs are forever grateful for your service! When purchasing an item on our store, add your items to your cart and when on your car page look for the GovX ID button underneath our payment options. Click the link to sign in with them, where you will verify your information to unlock your savings! Please note we do have some exclusions, and we are unable to discount promotional items or items already discounted on the store as the pricing displayed is our lowest possible pricing.


SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Do you offer free shipping everywhere?

Great question. We offer free shipping to customers in the Continental 48 USA states. There is an additional charge for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all other USA territories. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship items all over the world! Before placing your order, give us a call at 1-844-4SIGNED or email us at info@inscriptagraphs.com for an accurate quote on shipping items internationally. All Customs & Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Which shipping company do you ship with?

Larger items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and smaller items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

How fast do orders typically take to ship out?

Orders typically ship within 1-5 days. If your purchase has a frame around it or has special requirements, the order may take as long as 4 weeks to be shipped.

How do I receive my tracking number?

When your item officially ships out, we will send you the tracking number via the email you provided at the point of checkout.
