Inscriptagraphs is hiring a part-time sales associate and a full-time salesman for our flagship store inside the Flamingo Hotel & Casino. If you know sports, like people, and want to sell the kind of autographs, jerseys, cards, and artifacts guests fly in to see, this is the floor to be on.

The store

Inscriptagraphs is a Las Vegas memorabilia company. The Flamingo flagship is a working sales floor, not a museum with a cash register in the corner. Guests come in for authenticated sports and entertainment memorabilia, historic artifacts, trading cards, fossils, and premium sports apparel. We regularly host in-store athlete and celebrity signings. Pieces carry PSA, JSA, or Beckett authentication, and we are a James Spence Authentication authorized dealer.

The people who do well here can talk hockey, football, boxing, basketball, and entertainment without reading a script, then help a guest decide what is actually worth taking home. You will represent the brand to tourists, locals, and serious collectors on the Las Vegas Strip.

Part-time sales associate

Sports and pop culture fans who can cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is the role for someone who wants hours on a high-traffic Strip floor without a full-time schedule.

What you will do

• Greet every guest and start a real conversation about what they collect.
• Sell autographed memorabilia, jerseys, photos, trading cards, artifacts, fossils, and apparel.
• Explain authentication (PSA, JSA, Beckett) in plain language.
• Ring sales on Shopify POS, handle cash and card accurately, and protect high-value inventory.
• Keep cases, walls, and the floor presentation sharp between guests.
• Support in-store signings and busy event periods.

What we need

• A working knowledge of sports. Memorabilia and card knowledge can be trained.
• Comfort talking to strangers and closing a sale without being pushy.
• Reliable availability, including weekends and evenings. Strip retail does not run on a 9-to-5.
• Ability to stand for a full shift and handle items carefully.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a standard retail background check.

Full-time salesman

A full-time sales associate who can own the floor. This is a commissioned sales role for someone who wants a consistent schedule, a book of repeat collectors, and a path to lead shifts at the flagship.

What you will do

• Run the sales floor: open or close, set the standard, and hit daily goals.
• Build relationships with collectors, hotel guests, and locals who come back for the next piece.
• Present higher-end autographs, game-used items, historical artifacts, and framed pieces with accuracy.
• Use Shopify POS, track your own sales, and keep inventory secure.
• Help with signings, private appointments, and shipping questions when a guest cannot take a piece home.
• Coach part-time associates on product and how we talk about authenticity.

What we need

• Proven retail, luxury, hospitality, or direct sales experience. Memorabilia experience is a plus, not a requirement if the sports knowledge is real.
• Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with commission. Pay is an hourly base plus a percentage of what you sell.
• Clean presentation, punctuality, and the judgment to handle expensive inventory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay and schedule

Both roles are in person at the Flamingo flagship. Compensation is an hourly base plus commission on personal sales. Exact rate depends on experience and is discussed in the interview. Full-time is a regular weekly schedule. Part-time hours flex with store traffic, events, and weekends.

Employee discount on select merchandise. You will be around athlete appearances, new inventory, and collectors who actually know the difference between a signed photo and a signed relic.
