Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for most purchases. Pickups are available By Appointment Only.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. 

Free Shipping 

We offer free Standard ground services shipping on all domestic orders in the continental USA.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

Free Standard ground services shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship for free to PO Boxes or Military addresses overseas. Additional fees for postage will be assed via a custom quote before shipping out. You are required to reach out to Inscriptagraphs for a quote on shipping to your address if you have an address outside of the continental USA, before you purchase as our current quoted shipping amounts are placeholders and not the actual costs. 

In order for same day shipping to occur, orders must be made before 1pm PST.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

At times, orders could be delayed mainly if they are custom requests, custom orders or framed items. Any item involving a frame is made to order, please all up to 4 weeks for your item to ship out. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once couriers have them in their possession. Delays can include holds due to tariffs and customs clearances. We will do our best effort to have delays sorted by the couriers with our assistance.
