After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.

If you choose to pay in installments using Shop Pay, the accepted payment methods typically include major credit and debit cards, as well as some digital wallets. However, it’s best to check directly on the Shop Pay platform for the most accurate and updated information regarding payment options.

Does ShopPay accept International Orders?

Shop Pay Installments is exclusively available to customers who have a billing address and mobile phone number in the United States. Unfortunately, customers with billing addresses or phone numbers from other countries are unable to utilize this payment option.

Is there a limit amount that can be financed?

The maximum order value for purchases made with Shop Pay Installments is $17,500, which includes any applicable discounts, shipping fees, and taxes. This limit amount is subject to change and is subject to approval.

Can I purchase gift cards with ShopPay?

Gift cards cannot be purchased using Shop Pay Installments. If you want to buy gift cards along with eligible items for Shop Pay Installments, you'll need to make two separate orders.

What if I miss a payment installment?

Customers who miss a scheduled payment won’t incur late fees. However, late or partial payments could affect your credit score and your future eligibility for Shop Pay Installments. If you have concerns about a missed payment, you can reach out to Affirm support for help.

What if I need to return an item that I used ShopPay to make the purchase with?

To initiate a refund, you should contact Inscriptagraphs first. We will guide you based on our return policy to determine if a return is possible and inform you about the amount that can be refunded. Once your refund is processed, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, and your balance will be updated accordingly.

If your refund is less than your total purchase amount, it may not reduce your next payment. Instead, you could have fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or a combination of both.

If your refund exceeds your purchase balance, the excess will be returned to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

For orders with interest payments, please note that any interest paid is non-refundable. Payments are applied first to any outstanding interest and then to the principal. Interest is considered the cost of borrowing and cannot be refunded.
