CONDITION: The condition of this poster is nearly in perfect shape with just a few wrinkles in the poster (see pictures) it is largely untouched as it's been sitting in a warehouse since 1989 untouched by the human hand, stored in a non-humid environment so if you see in the photos, the poster speaks for itself. It is un-torn in any way and with no holes or any real damage, Condition is really top-notch! If you are a collector that likes high-end advertisements then seriously consider this poster as you won't find much wrong with it.

This on-site poster comes from a very exclusive collection, unlike like any other you will find, as this poster was the original property of THE Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. In 2014, the hotel made an effort to remove historic memorabilia from their storage in the hotel that was being stored for decades on the property. That same year, an anonymous buyer purchased their entire collection of boxing and event posters left over from the many iconic years of World Championship Boxing fights and world-class events that took place at the property.
